Konak, Buca ve Karabağlar belediyeleri muhtemelen ağır çöp sorunları yaşadılar.
Bakanlık belediyelere bir mektup gönderdi
Bakanlık tarafından belediyelere gönderilen makale aşağıdaki gibidir:
